Gail Bernucca – Coldwell Banker I recently had Judson virtually stage two properties. One went to contract in 48 hours. The other had multiple offers, and we were under contract in 3 days. I believe that beyond the strength of the current sellers market, the fact that these properties were both vacant and virtually staged contributed to them getting sold so quickly.
Sophia Sanchez – Sanchez and Co. – “It’s amazing. It’s hard to know where to start! The client was absolutely wowed by the pictures. There was green carpet in the house, and the way that you blended the furniture and had it match the room… she was absolutely floored with the work you did. The quality has been amazing, and that you could get it done so quickly; we have been absolutely floored by it.”
Crystal Dukes – Premier Sotheby’s International Realty – “(I’ve noticed that) having the virtual staging done has absolutely impacted the amount of days on the market. It helps people visualize better what they can do with the property. It’s proven itself because they buy off the market as soon as I get them up there. For the realtors, it’s a night and day difference in the pricing, and the time, as well. Dealing with high-rises or condos where you have to reserve elevators and coordinate to stage them. It’s a no-brainer, really. It hugely reflects the number of days on the market, as well as the cost, vs actually staging, and dealing with the additional time, coordination, and management.
